- Solid Wood & Willow Baskets: Wipe down wooden frames or woven baskets weekly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove pet hair and dust. If a liquid spill occurs, clean immediately with a damp cloth and allow to air dry completely. Do not submerge wood or willow in water.
- Fabric Cushions & Covers: For beds with removable covers, machine wash cold (maximum 30°C) on a gentle cycle using a pet-safe detergent. Line dry or air dry only. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or iron. For non-removable parts, vacuum regularly and spot clean with a damp cloth.
Metal Enclosures & Outdoor Kennels (Pet crate)
- Indoor Wire Crates: Remove and clean the plastic or metal base tray weekly using a mild, pet-safe soap and water. Ensure all metal wire panels are wiped completely dry with a clean towel to protect the surface finish.
- Outdoor Steel Kennels & Runs: Hose down the galvanised steel structure monthly with clean water to remove mud and organic debris. Periodically remove Oxford fabric covers or canopies to shake off outdoor dust, and hand wash with cold water when heavily soiled.

- Routine Safety Checks: Pets can be playful and destructive. Periodically check all items for sharp edges or structurally compromised parts caused by heavy chewing. Replace or repair parts immediately to guarantee your pet’s ongoing safety.
